Every project is unique, with different pricing considerations such as duration, required services, and travel. Pricing is determined on an individual basis. Below are some general guidelines to help you estimate the potential cost of your project.

Services Provided:

• Recording Options:

  • On-site using my professional camera equipment.

  • Remotely via the Zoom platform.

• Footage & Editing:

  • You can opt to receive the raw footage or choose additional editing services.

  • After reviewing the initial edit, you can approve it or request further adjustments.

• Project Delivery:

  • Final projects are delivered via a download link, SD Card, and/or thumb drive, depending on your preference.

Pricing Structure:

• Base Fees:

  • $50.00 for setup and teardown.

  • $100.00 per hour for recording.

  • $500.00 per day for full-day services.

  • $30.00 per hour for editing services.

• Travel Fees:

  • For locations more than 30 miles from my home, a travel fee is applied.

  • The fee is based on the IRS standard mileage rate for the current year.  For 2024 it is 67 cents per mile.

Additional Notes:
